Return & Exchange Policy (Domestic)
You are welcome to return or exchange items if they are in their original condition (including tags) and it is within 30 days of your purchase.* Exchanges and returns requesting store credit have no cost, but there is a $6 restocking fee (per order) for customers looking to refund their original payment method.
To complete your return or exchange you will need your order number and the email used with your order. That's it!
*Due to limitations within USPS, customers must immediately select QR code when the return is submitted if they want to use that functionality. If customers don't select the QR code option within a few hours of being presented the choice, USPS withdraws the option and customers must print their label.

International Returns & Exchanges
We allow international orders to return or exchange items in their original condition, as long as it is within 60 days of the delivery date.* International orders are responsible for shipping the item back to our offices.
